Callie Deloach is one of the founders and owners of ENV Aesthetics. She graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2015 from The University of Texas at Austin and shortly after obtained her MSN as a Family Nurse Practitoner in 2019 from UT Health Houston. She has been in the health industry for 8 years as an ER Nurse, Triage Nurse and now an Aesthetic Nurse Pracitioner Injector for almost 2 years. Callie was inspired to pursue medical aesthetics because she wanted to help people feel more confident. Callie is dedicated to lifelong learning and believes in investing in yourself. She always seeks for opportunities to further her training and build skills in order to provide the best care possible for her clients. Her priorities are her clients’ safety and making sure their individual needs and goals are met. She values the one-on-one interactions she has with her clients, and building genuine long-lasting relationships. Callie is looking forward to meeting you, and helping you achieve your aesthetic goals.
Kayla Lowery, BSN, RN

Kayla Lowery is one of the founders and owners of ENV Aesthetics. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2017, and has a background in Labor & Delivery. She has been an Aesthetic Nurse for almost two years now, and is always wanting improve her techniques- she loves continuing education & learning new approaches to aesthetic medicine. Her goal is to make every patient feel self-assured & confident both on the inside and out. Kayla understands that each face tells a unique story, and her goal is to enhance your features while maintaining the genuine essence that makes you, you. Whether its softening lines, adding subtle volume, or contouring with precision, her focus is on acheiving results that are seamlessly natual and empowering.

Bailee is ENV’s newest team member, a dedicated aesthetic nurse ready to bring your beauty aspirations to life. She recieved her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Tyler in 2023. With a passion for aesthetics and commitment to investing time to learning new techniques, Bailee believes in the power of personalized care. Every client is unique, and treatments are tailored to individual needs, ensuring natural results! Bailee is dedicated to delivering safe and excellence in every procedure.
