Thank you for choosing us for your skincare, cosmetic, and wellness needs. We feel it is best practice to establish and communicate our company and financial policies to our patients.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

When you schedule an appointment, the time is blocked off specifically for you. We make every effort to run on time and will not allow another person to take your appointment time.

We do understand that there are situations when you must cancel your appointment. We request you provide us with 24-hour notice in the event of a cancellation. Patients who do not show up at all “NO-SHOW” and those who cancel after the 24-hour notice period will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee at our discretion.

PAYMENT

Payment is expected at the time of service. Payment can be made with cash, Apple Pay, or debit/credit card. The policy is to keep a credit card on file. This is similar with how your credit card may be on-file with online retailers. This allows convenience for patients with making payments. ENV Aesthetics does not store the card information, it is stored with a secure credit card processor.

DEPOSITS

All treatment visits and complimentary consultations require a $25 deposit to guarantee your appointment day & time. Deposits will be kept as a credit in your client account and will be applied towards your service at checkout. The $25 deposit may be refunded or applied to another treatment date/ visit if 48-hour notice is given. After the 3rd reschedule the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

MEDICAL EXAM

All clients must undergo a medical clearance exam prior to any treatment for the first visit, once annually and/or any changes in medical history. This exam will require a $30 fee.

What Information Do We Collect?

We collect information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter, fill out a form or register for an event. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address or phone number. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

What Do We Use Your Information For?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To personalize your experience
    Your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs.
  • To process transactions
    Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
  • To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature
  • To send periodic emails

The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.

Do We Disclose Any Information to Outside Parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.
